Finally! Orientation! lol

Happy New Year All!

I rarely post; however, I read posts several times a day. I was referred in June 2012 and I am FINALLY going to Orientation at St. Joes Hamilton on Monday. YAY! haha I shouldn't be this excited for the orientation but it seemed like a long wait.

Anyway, stay positive, connected and in pursuit of your journey.

Awesome News! I was just as excited too lol. St Joes has a good team. I waited 8 month for my orientation to i understand your excitment hoping all goes well

The process seems long but it's thorough. I waited 6 months from referral to orientation (St. Joe's Hamilton as well).
It has taken almost 15 months from referral to surgery date (Jan 21, 2013!)
I'm happy for you! This is a journey filled with many hopes, emotions and excitement.

it does seam like forever waitng.  But it is so worth it in the end. Keep reading all the posts, do your research, and continue to make the changes that need to be made.  This is such an exciting time,Hang on and enjoy the ride
