If you are tempted by chips, try this!  It's a Korean style "pop" or wheat cake. Use a small spray of PAM, and sprinkle with a few shakes of popcorn seasoning.  In this pic. I used ketchup seasoning, but have tried everything from sour cream, salt and vinegar, and dill pickle.  Here's the best part....

1 Korean wheat cake= 25 calories, 0 fat grams, 4g carbs, 0.4g protein

Do you warm them or eat them cold.

Cold. I've never tried to heat them really. Except once I put one under the broiler with cheese for a "grilled cheese". That was yummy.

Nope this would be a danger food in my home.  I would start to eat them and they would melt in my mouth and could eat the whole bag.

Great idea though for those with self control!

I don't get the Pam part?  well, I would if you would put it in the stove to crisp it but you said you didn't heat it?!?

Thanks Marny,

Nathalie

The Pam is the glue to make the seasonings stick.

Yes.  Technically I guess I did heat it, but it was only under the broiler for a few seconds to melt the cheese.  I guess I was thinking more of what would happen if you nuked it?  Not sure.  It kind of reminds me of Styrofoam (ha! that sounds appealing now doesn't it), and we all know what happens to styrofoam in the micro.
