Yup, the PAM makes the seasoning stick, otherwise it just all dusts off when you take a bite. I wonder if you just spritzed it with a tiny bit of water, if it would taste fine as well. That would save 25 calories a spray :D

Sylvie I have seen them but forget if it was here or when I still lived in Haileybury. I bought them in Toronto one time but I didn't like them for me, too much of a slider food and temptation.
I buy them in Sobey's. They have the machine that makes them in the deli. They make a wheat and corn version. The label on the Sobey's poppers say 19 calories not 25.
Love them with a very thin layer of peanut butter. I also put a fried egg on them with a slice of fat free cheese.
