I love these, my recipe puts a tablespoon of hot salsa on ham, then egg cracked into it then shredded low fat cheese on top.  Nom!

I would hazard a guess that it would be not till you are on soft foods.

I would wait until you are doing well on solids.  The ham can get a bit tough in parts as it bakes.  I have been making these for years now.  I posted my recipe in the Ontario forum, which is similar to this one.  I just use a ramekin if I am just making one or two but I have made a whole tray when making for a large group.  They are delicious.
