How Do I Put Info on My Posts?

Just wondering how I put the info some people have on their posts at the bottom?  Referral Date, Nut Date, etc.? Is it under signature in my profile?  Also, some people have the little weight tracker picture.  Where do I get that from?

Hi,

If mine is on here then I was successful at adding this LOL

I went to

  • My Account
  • Settings
  • Message Board
  • Put the info into the Signature
  • check marked Enable my Signature
  • then Clicked Save
If you don't see my signature then it didn't work and I am off to the drawing board to figure it out again LOL

Orientation - Toronto Western June 27, 2012 ** Nurse and Social Worker on August 28, 2012 ** Nut Clinic on Oct 1, 2012 ** Psychologist Nov 5, 2012 ** Dietician Dec 6th, 2012 ** MEETING the Surgeon - Feb 1st, 2013 ** Surgery Date - May 22nd, 2013
