conferences in Canda?

I see posts about weigh loss conferences in the U.S. (YWM in Arizona), but have not seen anything in our neck of the woods.  Does anybody know about conferences in Canada that would be relevant to WLS patients?  I would love to attend and get involved.

Thanks for posting this Debbie,  maybe if there isn't any in this area  some of us could work on

getting something together?  Depending on how many would have an interest in this sort of thing.

There is one every year. It was in Windsor last year. There were posts on here about it but i do not remember the time of year. I think maybe the spring. Someone else may be able to give you more info

The people are lovely and there were vendors, and speakers, etc.

i may not make this year because of the date but it was fun.

A bunch of us from the Barrie/Orillia area made a weekend of it and went to the Sarnia one in October and had a great time. The event was awesome and got to meet some wonderful people. Definitely recommend the Cambridge one this year!

I have been to an OH one held in New York. Loved being able to go to the Big Apple, but having one closer to home is definitely a plus. Las Vegas in May was sounding good, but I am sure I would be more into the Vegas experience than the WLS event...lol.
