Although I don't know you, my heart goes out to you.  Thanks for sharing the good, bad and the ugly!  All the best with your next surgery and hopefully this is the final one!

I have an appointment with Dr Glazer at 8:15 on Tuesday Feb 19th.  If you're still there I'll stop by to introduce myself.  I'm glad your 6 weeks is almost up.  I imagine it's hard enough to deal with all this stuff, let alone be in hospital that long, even though you know your way around.

Best wishes, and I'll see you soon.

Leona, what a nasty set of cir****tances!  I'm really upset for you that it took so long to diagnose, then take corrective action.  Please don't be a stranger!

YIKES!!!!!!  I am so sorry for what you are going through....needlessly!!  You are a very strong girl...and patient too!  Everyone needs to hear all of the stories.  If they can't handle them, or change their minds, they probably were not ready in the first place!

Good for you to have a positive attitude.  That truly is your first healing tool.  Keep your chin up!!  And do keep us posted on your progress.

Wish I could visit...but I will send hugs from Wallaceburg  (((((OKNEE FE)))))))

thanks Kim. All that has happened are known complications which means I am not the first nor will I be the last. Not sure if they have happened to the same person. I hope the lessons they have learned from caring for me helps to prevent this from happening to others or minimally care for others in a more timely manor
