HI all,

Just wanted to share that after 8 months exactly I am now under 200 and only 22lbs away from goal!

So excited can hardly contain myself- NSV this past week are ma new hobby and ma new life plan!!

Line dancing and hubby is good at it too (he can't dance normally) but after finding Nashville North (an hour away) we both have boots and are breaking them in tonight! What a workout - my abs were killing me last weekend and I just drink water so its win win! Totally felt among my own people- cannot believe we hadn't found this before!

Way to go, Kelsey!!! I'm not sure what NSV means but it sounds like you have figured out how to have fun while you're losing weight. I love that you are making it work. Now I'll have that Doug and the Slugs song in my empty head all day...

reading your note about line dancing took me back...I did it in the past and loved it, don't know if there is anywhere left in Toronto to participate, but it is great fun! Enjoy!
