Just wondering..... I know low fat cream soups are ok but is a cream of tomato providing it meets the sugar guidelines and has no chunks?
Also, my booklet says........unsweetened fruit purees. I know this includes unsweetened applesauce but would it include baby food fruits no sugar like peach or pear?

Thanks in advance

Yes as long as it meets your guidelines.  I asked specifically about it thinking that maybe there would be too much acid from the tomatoes but was told that it was fine.
