What exercise are you doing today??

I hope you haven't pulled something......sometimes you can do too much....light walking sounds good!
I will wear my fitbit today and hopefully get in at least 5000 steps just in my normal work day.....i have alot of catching up to do so I may spend more time at my desk then usual....so we will see....
Back to work-out tomorrow morning.....
I should really get a pedometer! Probably not a fitbit, just a cheapie. Maybe when I go to Shoppers to mail my mom's birthday card I'll go to The Source in the same strip mall and see what I can find.
Anyhow, for me, the exercise will be the usual - I'll walk the third bus to and from work instead of riding it, which adds about 40 minutes of walking to my day. I just have to make sure to dress for it and bring an umbrella so I won't be tempted to jump on the bus instead.

Today's a break day from my running, so I'm planning to go to a hot yoga class with my friend. I don't get as many steps in on these days, but I do find that it's a great workout! It's really helping my strength and flexibility.
