Want to extend the invitation again

I had so much fun last week at Skyzone in their trampoline aerobic class.  There were all levels of participants and it was an amazing cardio workout!  

SO......I am going again this week and wanted to extend another invitation to whoever might be interested.  If you want to go, but are bit trepidatious about trying , send me a PM and we can arrange to meet outside just before class.  Here is the info...

cost is $5 for your first class.  $11.50 for every class thereafter

They have it almost every day.  I think Wednesday is the only day they don't have it.  Look at their website www.skyzone.com/Mississauga for times.  There is a tab at the top of the page for "Skyrobics" for days and times.  I think I will be going Tuesdays for the next month due to my home schedule right now.  

That sounds like a lot of fun !!!!!!   I didn't even know that there was such a place.

I am having my RNY on Feb.20, but after a few months of recovery ...... I am game.
