What exercise are you doing today??
I hope everyone has a fantastic day with the ones they love.
I walked 40 minutes outside this afternoon. It took my mind off feeling hungry and took the edge of the headache I've had all day. I didn't walk 100% top speed, but then again, the sidewalks were hard to walk on with packed snow. I figure I might have burned off one of those Opti shakes. :D
Luckily the recreation centre was open, so I was able to get in my run at the indoor track. I'm now heading out to an evening hot yoga class!
