What exercise are you doing today??
Good for you! I've been doing all of my running indoors at the track - won't venture outside again until Spring!
Today's a rest day from running, but I plan to go on my home bike for 45 mins, once the kiddos are in bed.

My plan was to go to the gym after work...That is not going to happen now so hopefully when I get home later tonight I will make the time to follow my routine there... weights and crunches.....Maybe even get some Wii just dance 4 in....That is always fun :)
