Well I am what I call a fair weather runner.......not a fan of the cold or bad weather..but today I AM GOING TO BITE THE BULLET!! and going for a short run...

Good for you!  I've been doing all of my running indoors at the track - won't venture outside again until Spring!

Today's a rest day from running, but I plan to go on my home bike for 45 mins, once the kiddos are in bed.

I really dislike this crappy weather makes me want to lay on the couch and do nothing but you know what they say

"discipline.... doing what needs to be done even when you don't want to do it.", so I'm going to the gym this evening for 2 hours to do cardio and some weight training.

My plan was to go to the gym after work...That is not going to happen now so hopefully when I get home later tonight I will make the time to follow my routine there... weights and crunches.....Maybe even get  some Wii just dance 4 in....That is always fun :)

I have done my hill running 3x. We are in recovery week. Next week will be 8 x. I also went to my muscle building class.
