What exercise are you doing today??
I'm hoping to hit the track for my second session of the Week 4 Couch to 5K! My husband is out of town though, so if I can't get out of work in time to get that done and then get the kids, I'll have to postpone until tomorrow. If that happens, I'll hit the bike again tonight for 45 mins.

Meet with Nyrton my trainer this evening, so there will probably be weights for both upper and lower body, lunges with and without weights, squats with weights, squats with the exercise ball and free standing squats(squats are the devil in disguise) push ups, crunches and any other painful thing he can add it which will result in me not being able to get up the stairs to bed for the next two days haha but it is well worth it and nothing feels better than setting a goal and achieving it.
patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.
