Sleeve vs. RnY ???
I know in Ontario OHIP covers the RNY, but under what cir****tances would they do a sleeve operation instead? What makes you a good candidate for VSG?
I have an Aunt who just had a VSG done in NL 3 months ago with great success so far .... I'm just curious if I (in Toronto, at HRRH) even have a choice as to which surgery to have.

Hi there, I'm glad you're researching your options. I am a big fan of the sleeve at 3.5 years out and would like to give you more information, but I'm not feeling well. Hopefully you can get some information from some of these threads. Admittedly I didn't read them, just put vsg vs rny in Ontario in the search area.
