Dr. Hagen's Office

ditto !!! Ella emailed me a note for work, and I got my opti on my second visit to toronto when I did my PATTS. They were low on stock when I got my surgery date, so I had to wait until they got some. But the receptionist Ella, is the dearest, sweetest girl you could ever meet. She will ensure you get what you need when you need it. All on Lawrence ave. 960 Lawrence Ave w.
well because i was backwards and had done everything accept the PATTS, she booked me when I met him. I was fist cleared by the bariatric team in Kingston, then sent to meet him and got my date then. For those that live close to Toronto you see him first then do the other appts. Once you have been cleared to have surgery, they will book it. I had to wait for my scope and ultra sound teats to come back first. And when I saw Dr Glazer the same day I did my PATTS, I was told I have to have a sleep study done. Which I did the next day, by luck and chance I got in due to a cancelation. I would say the would wait until your test results come back before they book it but you never know. A full assessment is needed to be sure you are safe. I was knocked out for my scope as well, advised to not drive for 24hrs. So be sure you have arrangements to get home safely. good luck.
I have an appt tomorrow with Dr Hagen but was given 2115 Finch Ave West s106 as his office address, in the medical building across the street from the hospital?
Actually that is right beside the hospital. That is the bariatric clinic where all your appointments will be including your meet and great with him. His actual office is elsewhere. His "real" office is where you will pick up the opti when the time comes. Perhaps I will see you there tomorrow. I have appts there from 8 to 11 and then a scope next door at 1pm.
