Opti at Last

I just finished day one of OPTIFAST  i like how you said choked down....it's got a gastly after taste...as you are drinking it.  Today I used Vanilla,  my first one, drank it plain....blah...but I got it down.  lunchtime...I put Artificial Vanilla Extract a few drops in the water before mixing...didn't make much of a difference.   3rd  and 4th ones  I used Crystal light Raspberry/peach  it made it tolerable, but that undescribable tast....still lingers...I get burps 2 hours later I can get a taste of it.... oh well....i get to do this right up to April 11th, 2013....surgery is April 12th...

Hang in there...I'm taking it one day at a time.
