Thanks Paula. I'll def. look at your list. Ill admit that I haven't read the entire book by Roth yet. I'm working through it and just liked her writing style. Feels more personal to me. While I don't see everything applying, some of it it worthwhile IMO. For example, she talks a lot about eating only when you are hungry and not following a prescribes set of rules. Us OHers will not be able to disregard all the rules obviously, but it is still important to learn to actually feel hunger and what that is like. I still do so much eating that is cued only by my head and not by my body. So I guess I need to learn to listen to the physical cues WHILE following the post-op rules- a tall order to find the right balance.
