I try to go to this trampoline aerobics class once a week because it is just so much fun.  It takes the boredom out of regular exercise.  There are always people there of varying experience.  I've never been a week where at least 4-5 people weren't trying it out for the first time.

I am extending the invitation to anyone interested.  I go almost every Tuesday (sometimes Thursday too) at 7:00.  It is only $5 for the class if you are trying it out for the first time.  If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll arrange to meet you at the door. Here is the info..

Skyzone Indoor Trampoline Park

What to wear/bring:  comfy, light-weight clothing, water bottle, sweat rag (I SWEAT A TON WHILE DOING THIS!)

I'm just waiting to hear back from my physiotherapist to see about changing my appointment time. I hope to see you there.

It would be great to see you!  This form of exercise is said to be very easy on the joints.

Yay!  It is as hard as you want it to be. You can jump low or high.  The higher you jump, the harder you work. The hardest thing about it when you are new is finding you balance. It is very good for people with joint pain.  The trampoline does a lot of the work for you and absorbs the shock.  You have to be able to go into it with a light heart. It's tons of fun.  The last 15 minutes or so is ab work and that is really tough, but you can do as much or as little as you want.
