Skyrobics tomorrow night at 7:00? Any joiners?
There's a Sky zone that just opened not too long ago in East Toronto too. My friend went for her birthday and I was going to go but had to punish a kid instead. Then I got to thinking, how soon after post-op would this be safe to try? Don't want to scramble the new plumbing! LOL

To be honest, I'm not sure how soon is too soon. It is mostly just bouncing- tuck jumps, star jumps, etc.... But I guess if you were fairly new post-op and you fell or twisted the wrong way, you could get hurt. I can't remember how long until rigorous activity. I would consider this to be "rigorous".
