Hello I put a message before but I don't know why I could not add people to the group of facebook. So now I'm looking to meet and add people that your surgery is in May. or who have had surgery in April. I have to start this April 11 optifast, I would like to share experiences. those which have also had surgery and want to support me are welcome. [email protected] facebook. Thank you. Hi Maryottawa,

I am just finishing my 3 weeks on OPTIFAST the day you start April 11th. I have my Surgery this Friday, April 12th. I am in Ottawa and my Surgeon is Dr. Mamazza. All the best to you.

i start my opti may 7 and surgery may 21 with surgery in Guelph with DR natasha Pereria Hong ! i d love a chatttng pal too !!

Congrats Mary on your date! I am currently on Optifast and having surgery April 22nd. My best advice while on Optifast is to purchase SF syrups to put in your shakes to change up the taste! Good Luck on your journey!

My surgery is also on May 2'nd, we are surgery twins..lol... I am in Guelph I start Opti April 19th!...9 days and counting!!

hey Mary...

I'm 6 days from surgery at Humber and and 15 days on Optifast.

Get some Davinci SF syrup (strawberry!) and the vanilla will taste great. The chocolate is fine by itself.

Lots of suggestions here, you'll be fine.

Did I meet you it the Trenton group last Monday?
