Hi Sylvie, I'm so glad to hear you are at home, just take it easy and rest.  Maybe you could put some SF syrup in your protein drink to see if that's a better flavour.  Hope you are feeling better every day.

Glad u r home Sylvie, hope u are feeling better soon. I didn't eat or do protein until week 2. I just concentrated on my water and vitamins. Take it slow and dont rush yourself. I simply could not get it all in. I have found one protein powder I like, iso smooth vanilla and iso flex chocolate peanut butter. I cannot stand anything else. It trial and error I find with protein. Once u start eating and doing some shakes u will get it all in. Just give yourself some time.

welcome home - sorry you had to go through that scary seizure experience.

But now that it is all behind you - we are moooooooooving on over. angry

Zip water - and yes try to get protein in - it will help you heal.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Welcome home.  Sorry to hear about the seizure.  Did they give you something else instead?  Are you okay with that med?

I love the Premier Protein shakes.  Good luck in finding something else to drink.
