Sorry to hear that your struggles continue. It's horrible when the medical profession seems to bounce us around instead of fixing the problem.
Have you tried writing to the Minister or Health and or the College of Physicians? I'm not sure if it would help but it certainly wouldn't hurt. The pass the buck game certainly isn't pleasant and if they don't know what to do then they should get a group of surgeons together and brainstorm solutions. (Makes you wonder if any of them ever watched "House"?) It's a sad state of affairs when you have to get frustrated enough to go to Mexico and take the situation into your own hands.
Have you had problems since 2009 when you had your surgery or did you have a couple of years with no issues? I know that you have been in hospital for a very long time; are you home now or still in the hospital?
I truly hope that they are able to resolve your problems soon as it's been way too long already.

I am so sorry you're going through all of this... I swear to god this "wait and see" is just a crock. I hope you scare the crap out of them! They deserve it.. Especially those who are so f'ng arrogant as to think they can't do any wrong.
