One year ago today...
I had my Roux en Y surgery a year ago today. To celebrate, I hired a personal trainer today. All part of non food rewards. I've already struggled a with a bit of re-gain but I hope I have this under control now. I ran another 10k race on Sunday and I'm living life out loud. I am so glad I have this opportunity to get my life back.
Just wanted to announce the occasion, thanks for listening.

It really did fly by. I remember the impatience I felt waiting to get to date. Then when I started optifast the time flew by. I hope you get your date soon.
It will happen if you want it. I started the couch to 5k training program. It took me a couple of weeks on week one, then about a month on week 2, but I got through it. I didn't start really training hard until 3 months out when the surgeon said I had no restrictions on me.
