Unable to send personal message?- it's apparently the browser you are using

Apparently if you are having issues with sending personal messages...(cannot write in message section/blued out).. the problem is with Internet Explorer.  That is what OH's technical support emailed me earlier.

Here is their emailed response to me:

Please use a different browser and this will take care of the problem.  We show you are using IE, use Firefox or Google Chrome and this will not happen.

you're still using internet explorer? you should definitely try firefox, its really nice. I have IE at work, and firefox at home, and the difference is really noticeable.

I have been telling people for years to get rid of IE. it is so damn buggy. Firefox works great. It is my fav and then Chrome is right behind it. Hope you have better luck with your new browser.

Okay, convinced.

Will give firefox a try.
