Shakes

Hello All

Been forever since I've posted let alone read on here.

I also have regained, not sure in numbers but see it in extra inches. I was doing so well until the doctor changed my meds and put me on a high dose of prednisone. It's more eating too much than anything else I am certainly moving a lot more than I have been able to in years (thanks to have both knees replaced)

What I would like to know what are some good meal replacement shakes that might be available at Walmart or Shoppers Drug Mart, we don't have a Costco close?

I'm determined to get back to losing and eating properly, not only for myself but my hubby, he needs to lose quite a bit.
