Opti fast - covered?
I get the doc writes you a prescriptions for the Optifast.
Now, cause its a script has anyone ever had it covered under their private drug plan??
Like I have a drug plan via my work, Manulife. I don't may for any of my prescriptions.
I know Im reaching here, lol, but worth asking.lol

Yup, you can claim any and all of your medical expense. My parents save up all their medical receipts from drug store ( prescriptions ) and claim it.
If you live a certain distance from a hospitals and have to go there for numerous treatment or appointments you can claim a certain amount of the gas and meals also.
Just gave them a call, the lady said she would have to research it and call me back. Ohhhh fingers crossed !!!! hehe
I know if its not covered I can claim it as medical expense on next year taxes. But hey,, if I can have it covered.. Awesommme
