Weight lost in the first couple months?

I know everyone's experience is different, just would like to know how it was for you.
Cheers

Well I am only 16 weeks (4 months) out tomorrow. I can tell you that for the first 12 weeks (3 months) , I was losing at an average of 4.5 - 5 pounds a week. for the past 4 weeks, I would say now closer to an average of 2 - 3 pounds a week.
As of this morning it looks like I have lost 62 pounds to date in the first 16 weeks.
Initially, after the first 4 weeks ( I am through Guelph so we had 2 weeks of clear fluida and then 2 weeks of full fluids before we started introducing real foods in week 5) I was between 600-800 calories and 60 - 80 gr of protein. I am now ranging from 750 - 900 calories per day and usually get between 80 - 90 g of protein. This is all from food sources as I do not drink any protein shakes. Guelph clinic encourages us to "eat our protein, and not to drink our protein". I work out a minimum of 1 hour daily on the treadmill as well and recently started introducing some weights to build some upper body muscles.
Indeed everyone will be different in terms of the rate they lose, calorie/protein intake and the exercise they get. And quite frankly where they started from in terms of initial weight.

I am approx. 19 week and I am down 91 pounds.
The first two months my calorie intake was a little over 600 calories a day as that was all I could eat. Now I keep my food intake to round 800 calories a day getting in at least 80 grams of protein or more a day also my carbs are on the lower side as I do not eat bread, rice, pasta or potatoes (however, I do eat sweet potatoe) I get my carbs from other foods. Sometimes I have gone over 800 calories but I try to mostly stay in that range.
Just remember not everyone loses at the same rate some people are slower at first.and some are fast and then it tapers off .Also sometimes we may not be lose pounds on the scale but we are losing inches so make sure to measure yourself as well.

I'm 11 weeks out and to date I've lost 61 lbs ( have actually been stalled for about a week and a half now ). My calorie intake is anywhere from 600-800 a day and I make sure I get a minimum of 80 g's of protein every day, and a minimum of12 cups of fluid ( mostly water ) everyday. I also have been amping up my workouts from the get go, within a week of post op I was on the treadmill starting at 15 mins and now up to 90 minutes a day. I also started strength training and yoga at 6 weeks out. I feel wonderful!
