Long term nausea - any suggestions?

I too have had nausea since my surgery last November. Some days are better then others. I pretty much take a Gravol tab daily and this seems to help. An ulcer was ruled out with an Endoscopy. I just figure its something I will have to live with. I also vomited a lot there for awhile and I also thought "why bother to eat".  Im also really put off by meat since the surgery, so that makes getting protein in daily a chore.

Lactose intolerance could be the cause. Ask to do a Lactose breath test. Do you take Prevacid or another acid reducer? I take Prevacid twice daily now and that helps nausea and also the felling I had of being hungry all the time when I knew I wasn't. I am 6 years out.
