Thanks! No real secrets........ I simply follow the plan - lots of protein and water, low fat and carbs and LOTS of walking! I track faithfully on My Fitness Pal and find that helps a lot!

Thanks to all of you for all the love!!! I couldn't be happier with my decision to have RNY and wouldn't trade it for anything!!! I'm sure my husband and I will find our way through his insecurities and live a LONG, HEALTHY life!!!

I have had similar struggles with my husband - it's definitely an adjustment when one partner undergoes such a dramatic change!
