Opti
I can totally relate!!! I am on day 7 of Opti and the first day I was barely able to have 2, then moved up to 3 per day. The past 2 days I have had 4 each day so it's definitely getting easier. My issue is that the drinks and sf jello are not agreeing with my stomach and the vanilla ones turn my stomach at the thought. Not to sound negative, it has gotten better as I've been mixing them with cocoa powder and coffee (decaf at night), but I'm not a coffee/tea drinker so it's a bit rough on the sleep. I've tried crystal light in the vanilla, but that turns my stomach too. I'm still struggling with cravings to eat everything in sight, but when I get those cravings I just drink some water and it goes away for a bit.
I know the importance of drinking all 4 per day is so you get enough nutrients and are healthy before the surgery. You have all of our support on here though if that helps any... stay strong and chug along!! Try different combinations of flavours and like everyone says use a lot of ice. I found the bitterness of the coffee and cocoa powder literally cuts out the taste of the opti making it more bearable.

In the beginning like the first week, I managed four but as time went on ( I was on opti for three weeks) I just could not get in 4 everyday. My surgeons office told me to do my best but minimum had to be three, otherwise I wasn't getting enough nutrients, so do your best to get them all in I guess is what I am saying.
