When will I be able to eat my favorite snack after surgery?
I also struggle with apples at almost 6 years pot-op..I can eat a 1/2 at the most..but I am sure you won;t have a problem, just make sure to go slowly and chew the (you know what out of it)...remember apples contain sugar as well, so just keep an eye on that..and don;t eat the entire apple in the beginning.
hard to believe than an orange has LESS sugar in total than an apple

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
