What exercise are you doing today??
Good for you, I'm sending you some motivational 'vibes' your way!
With some depressing things going on lately, sometimes I've lacked motivation to exercise every day, but I'm getting back on the wagon and trying to crack that 99 lb barrier, so someone will give me one of those "I lost 100 lb" banners for my siggie....
I'm going to wait until it gets a bit warmer up here and get in my 6,000' swim in the chilly lake. I need to curl up in bed with a heating pad afterwards & a warm duvet but next year I should be able to find a wetsuit that might fit me - that's exciting.

so far my fitbit is telling me 13,888 steps, went to the gym this morning and did 65 minutes on the treadmill at a good pace!

I rode my Bike from Dundas to Brantford and back. It is about 30k one way. It was amazing. Saw two deer along the way and was able to stand and watch them. My friend and I went and did this ride for my birthday. Best way I could have spent my birthday. Love my new life and I am truly happy that my dear husband did not mind me being gone most of theday
