might do some yoga today..tonight my sister and I are meeting up with most of our running group for the 5k we are running in october and well running 5k :)

Tonight I have a session with my personal trainer -- so strength training.  I think it's arms today.  We've also been working on my balance...which was terrible, but getting better!  I'll add some time on the elliptical -- at least 30 minutes -- to make sure I get a cardio component.
