The Foamies!
I don't get it. I eat something one day and eat it the exact same the next and I get Niagara Falls foamies.
I am only about 7 weeks out and well overall but how many times is too many for foamies? I chew chew chew and go slowly and again it changes day to day.
And those retched calcium pills, the petites...not so small and sometimes they cause foamies and sometimes not.
Let's hope the foamies lessen.

The easiest way I can explain it is when you feel like you are about to vomit your mouth fills with saliva.
This is similar and happens when your food, vitamin gets caught trying to exit your pouch. I personally feeling like I'm choking. But my mouth in a matter of seconds fills up with saliva and some foam and I personally go to sink and just let it pour.
It's your body's way of trying to pass the food along. Mighty uncomfortable.

I was thinking the same thing today! Chicken and I are enjoying a love/hate relationship at the moment. One day, no problems, the next, i'm hanging out with my buddy the toilet.
Is it possible the food's texture might be slightly different? For me, I think chicken has to be completely covered in some kind of sauce for it to work. Also, make sure you're not drinking right after and measuring your portions, your body might be telling you it's full.
Other than that, not sure what to say except that I feel your pain
