Premier Protein
I couldn't stand the premier shakes pre op, now I have been using kaiser whey isolate vanilla powder from Costco as well. Hate those as well. Now, its true our tastes change post op so I may try the premier shakes again and this time try the vanilla. The great thing about Costco is you can return them, even the powder mix ones if you don't like them.
Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs
One of my besties are at Costco right now so
