I'm OBESE!
Four months (325lbs) since starting my opti/RNY journey I am 39.9 BMI and no longer classified as Morbidly/clinically OBESE, YAY! Surgery was Aug 1st, weight at discharge 294lbs, todays weight 240lbs!!!
So happy! I love my RNY

Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)
Congratulations! I cheered too when instead of the Wii Fit telling me in a snotty tone, "Oh! That's oBESE!" it now tells me in a slightly less shocked tone, "That's overweight." :D Never thought I'd celebrate being overweight! Haha.
