First Dumping

Well I'm laying in my car in a mall parking lot as my boyfriend shops. Usually my sister in law makes my skinny mochas as I trust her. Well I thought she made it today so I drank it. I started feeling really nauseous, racing heart, sweats and headache soon after finishing it, to find out she didn't have time to make it.

At least I know I'm a dumper, I'm going to be dramatic from now on and tell the barista that I will die if I have sugar, it kinda feels like it. 3 months out and right now lochy (pouch) is pissed off and growling at me.

I hate that feeling! And it really sucks when it happens because someone wasn't listening or not paying attention to your order.  I hope you feel better soon. 

one of the dangers of eating out or having someone else order your drink for you.  scary.  sorry it happened to you.  use this time to chill and take it easy.  i guess we all have to be super vigilant.
