Here is a picture of me 9.5 months since surgery and down 113 pounds. This is likely the dress I will be wearing to my son's wedding in August. Of course it will have to be altered since I hope to be at my goal by then.I am just happy that it is a size 12! I love my RNY! Sorry I cannot seem to get the image to be larger but you can find it on my profile too.

I was well cared for in Ottawa. The nurses are awesome. Don't waste your money on paying for private or semi private, all the bariatric rooms are semi-private. The wait is longer than if you went to Toronto but I found I needed the time to get my head in the right place before surgery. All the best on your journey.

that is a beautiful dress and yes, i'm sure there will be a lot of alterations by august as it fits you perfectly now!
