Hey all, does anyone know how to get your ticker to move downward? I have tried and tried and don't seem to be able to find the answer. Thanks!

Try changing your weight on the Health Tracker.  Then refresh your browser, it should change the ticker for you.

I'm having the same problem. I tried the "refresh" trick but it didn't work. Have you been able to update yours yet?

No, I haven't. I also tried the refresh and it didn't work for me. Oh well. I played with it for awhile and then gave up...LOL

Well, now I tell a lie....haha...I just noticed it did change for me. It must take a day or something to institute the changes! :)

For me, I find the only way I can make sure the ticker works is once I hit the save button to the weight update  then I need to wait almost a full minute until the little green message at the top right corner of the screen comes up saying change was saved. and wait for it to actually fade away again.  ( quite a few times I just closed the window thinking it was done and the changes didn't take) then I hit refresh and go check the tickers and widgets to see the change was successful
