Almost 3 yrs out and NSVs are still the best

Don't get many NSVs any more, kinda have things stable, but on Friday I got a nice one.  I went to Value Village for some clothes for my kids, and since I was always tugging up my size 16 jeans, I decided to pick up a size 14.  Actually, I got 2, one loose fit, one regular fit.  So I tried on the loose fit on Friday, and OMG they fit.  Yes, they are loose, but they are 14s. I do not remember being a size 14 in any style.  Been wearing them proudly since.

So all those who thought that they were at the end, but not at goal, don't give up, there are still things to go for!

You're so right about NSVs continuing to happen years out - heck, I'm 8 years post-op and a new pair of jeans in a tiny size still gives me a little thrill. :)
