Great food ideas

Hey guys, for the last few days I have been looking in to healthy food choices that use little ingredients but taste great. Here is another great recipe, you only need 3 ingredients but is oh so yummy...

tuna patties

1 large can of water packed tuna

1 egg

1/4 cuz cheese (cheddar, mozzarella etc)

mix everything up and fry (no oils or butter needed if you have a non stick pan). Taste sooo good by it's self or u can add seasoning such as chili flakes which give it a little kick. Experiment with differnt flavours and let me know what works. Tomorrow I will be making chickpea tortilla. Once again very little ingredients but hight in protein low in fat, carbs and callories.

Omg it's the best... Since my surgery I have been eating a lot of flavourless food... I had no idea that gluten free, and vegan foods tasted great. I will post on te forum, I don't think a lot of people know about all the great tasting food that's actually healthy for you.

ANYTHING can taste good. Even Optifast. It is what you make it :)

Just add ketchup, makes everything taste great (ok, maybe not Optifast). I'm still a child, yes.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Well, that thought was certainly gag-worthy, thank you. Even worse than when Libra posted she mixed ketchup into cottage cheese. LOL

have you tried healthy blondies. They are gluten free and so good and full of protein. The main ingredients are  chick peas, natural peanut butter. honey and chocolate chips or carobs. They are so good

I really liked the banana cookies you brought me one time - do you mind reminding me of the recipe Barb?
