Heyy everyone!!

I got a phone call from Lorraine, from TWH, the other day. She asked me for some before and after pics for a presentation in October!!! I am soooo excited!

I emailed them to her and her response was, "Wow!!!"

I told her she could use my name so if you are at the presentation she is talking about and you see "Angelique" (that is my first name), that is meeee!! :-D

Very cool!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
