I would like to know how to upload a picture from a smart phone please

I have seen many people post about having difficulty uploading photos or even creating hyperlinks from their smartphones. I haven't tried it myself but your best bet may be to write to Obesity Help tech support and ask them if it can be done. In the very bottom left of your screen there is a link to "Help" where you can report issues/ask for assistance.
