Changes in Cheese

Hello everyone,

I am hoping that you guys can tell me that I am not weird and this has happened to you too.

I can eat cheese string and BabyBel in my lunch but when I was making chicken cordon bleu last night I ate some Swiss before I started cooking supper and the tiny tummy told me different.

Has anyone had a variance like this with in a food group?

Thanks

I find some cheeses sit better than others for sure.  I can no longer eat Gouda and softer cheeses.  It sits best the closer I keep the MF% to 27% or lower.

Also some cheeses are drier than others. Swiss can sometimes be in this group. I do not deal well with dry foods at all

I find melted cheeses kind of sit like a lump in my belly but if I eat other cheeses slowly it's ok. I eat Jarlsburg a lot which is like Swiss cheese.

I've had zero issues with any cheese, milk on the other hand... I've had to completely give it up. It used to be my favourite drink.
