This does look like a good workout. I think I saw someone doing that at the pool. It is hard when I go because everyone is doing lanes. I was lucky Friday I had one to myself for most of my swim.

Pat you are amazing.   I would like to strengthen my core and tighten my bat wings. Maybe there will be some laps in my future, thanks for the inspiration.

Hey Aunt Pat,

So happy for you! You know I am a swimmer too and absolutely love it. There is one thing that has helped me to go longer and faster, The Sony Walkman 4GB Waterproof headphones(89.99 at bestbuy). I load up my songs and go...I absolutely love this thing!!!

The walkman sounds awesome. Never thought of music. It would have the added benefit of keeping water out of my ears. Hope all is well with you

Great job, Pat!

I have always loved swimming, but as I grew heavier getting in the water became really embarrassing.

We installed an above ground pool in our backyard in 2003 & I would not be without it...even though I only get to use it about 3 months out of the year due to the Northeast weather.

we are opening the pool this week & I cannot wait to get in since my 40+lb pre-op weight loss! I had problems w/balance getting in & out last year, but this yr should be better.

I am looking forward to mixing up my exercise between swimming & walking. I love my walks, but my knees are killing me! I can do the jogging in the pool like on the Youtube video w/far less pain.

Keep up the good work! It's awesome!

Kathy
