L-banana

S-hot chocolate

D-1/4 cup low carb spaghetti with tomato sauce

3 meatballs

sf jello with cool whip for dessert

tired today

be better tomorrow

Sorry to hear you are tired.  Are you taking your vitamins?  Getting enough protein and water?  This weather is making everyone tired and sick it seems, hope tomorrow is better for you.
