No other shakes while on Optifast. Broth and things like crystal light, etc are allowed. Some centres allow 2 cups of specific veggies and others don't.
Thanks tracey fir tor reply. I'm having my surgery at TWH, and I don't recall them saying we can have veggies, so just liquid.
