Posting Timelines

Can someone tell me how you get the fancy timeline under your posts? :)

You just have to add a signature to your profile. 

Go to menu, then settings. I'm on my phone so it was little cog wheel and then settings. Then there's a tab for message boards. You can put a signature in there.
