I'm back!
Hey guys,
After two years away, I'm back. Just a little reminder of who I am: I was referred for surgery and got upto the psych consult- the psychologist at the time told me that because I was bipolar that she wanted me to wait two years and then try again. I gave up and was mentally drained at that point. Also, after 4 years of trying, I miraculously got pregnant. I had my son about 14 months ago. We are now at 1 year of trying for number 2 and the Reproductive Endocrinologist is refusing to give me any sort of treatment until I get gastric bypass- so here I am again. I have sent my paperwork for orientation and doing the initial bloodwork tomorrow morning.
1st Referral: May 31 2012 Orientation: July 17th 2012 Denied at Psych appointment
3rd Referral: June 2016 Orientation: August 2016 Got pregnant and discharged
4th Referral: October 2017 Orientation: April 2018 Pre-op: July 16th Surgery: July 24th!
HW: 281 SW: 269 CW:235.1 GW: ~150-160

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
